Nicole Hansen joined the USG Realty Capital team in July 2023, rounding out our accounting team and providing Fund back office services.

Ms. Hansen earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management in 2021 from Glenville State University in Glenville, WV. She continued her education and graduated in 2022 with her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from King University in Bristol, TN.

Ms. Hansen was a long-time competitive gymnast and received college athletic scholarships. She competed during her college years in the growing sport of Acrobatics and Tumbling.

She has worked at various tax firms and investment firms during her internships.
Ms. Hansen resides in Tennessee.
